Are you a foreigner who is exempt from the obligation to have a work permit?

Remember to document this fact when hiring!

Give your employer a document on the basis of which he will be sure that you are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit in Poland.

For example:

• If you have a residence card based on a marriage with a Polish citizen – provide the employer with the original decision of the voivode.
• If a foreigner who graduated from a Polish post-secondary school (szkoła policealna) – a diploma of completion of a Polish post-secondary school.
