The service includes a comprehensive analysis of existing procedures and activities in the field of employing foreigners in your company, taking into account current laws and codes of law and the resulting obligations.

Performing an audit and, above all, determining the legality of stay on the territory of Poland is very important not only for a foreign employee, but first of all for the employer, because in accordance with the legislations, both the employer and the foreign employee are subject to criminal liability.

Each audit ends with the preparation of a report in which we identify risks, also identified mistakes and propose strategies to avoid them. The report includes opportunities for optimisation, as well as necessary modifications due to inappropriate adoption or inappropriate cross-border employment.

If you use this audit service, you will receive a warranty, which will be certified by us. This will be proof and information for the competent authorities that your company complies with all the requirements of Polish immigration law.

The legality of employment of foreigners in Poland is controlled by the Polish National Labour Inspection. In all the regional labour inspectorates, specialist sections of legality of employment have been established, in which labour inspectors are hired. The Border Guard is also entitled to control the legality of employment of foreigners. Both authorities cooperate with each other.

The audit is valued for each employer individually after reading his documents and before performing the service. The price of the service is determined by the number of foreigners employed, the complexity of the scope of the audit and the documents presented. All prices include VAT. We issue VAT invoices for the service. The price does not include administrative or fiscal fees.
