At the moment, the simplified procedure is available to citizens of Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova and Georgia.

In the case of visa-free travel for a maximum of 90 days within 180 days. If the foreigner holds a visa, for a maximum of 180 days within 360 days.

According to the regulations, a declaration is issued within 7 working days and a permit within 30 days. These periods may be extended in different voivodeships due to the number of applications and seasonality.
