Yes, the work we offer is always legal. For a candidate to work, each time we apply for necessary documents to the Poviat Labour Office (PUP) and Voivodeship Offices (UW), depending on the requirements.

Yes, we employ biometric passport holders for whom we have previously obtained a work permit.

Yes, as long as you are entitled to a simplified employment procedure in Poland and have not used 180 days to work on the basis of a declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner in the last 360 days.

In the case of a declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner and work permit type S, it takes from 7 to 30 days to obtain these documents. In the case of a work permit type A - obtaining a decision depends on the local voivodeship office and season, and takes approximately 2 weeks to 4 months.
